(Texaco) , in response to a request from the San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District (SJLHD) . Texaco, upon removal of <br /> two product dispensers at 440 Charter Way, Stockton, California <br /> in preparation for new construction, noted that the soil had been <br /> i <br /> impacted -lby gasoline hydrocarbons in the shallow subsurface. <br /> ! <br /> Texaco has initiated a subsurface environmental investigation to <br /> assess tP%e impact of hydrocarbons beneath the site. <br /> I! <br /> PURPOSE <br /> I <br /> I: <br /> TexA;co wishes to take the steps discussed herein in order to <br /> investigate and assess the situation .as required by the SJLHD. <br /> All workl <br /> will comply with the Occupational Safety and Health <br /> Administration (OSHA) Standard "Hazardous Waste Operations and <br /> Emergencyk Response" , (29 CFR 1910. 120) , and various state and <br /> F <br /> PID <br /> 1 <br />
