Durham Ferry Road <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> RE: Failing Sewage Disposal System <br /> On April 8, 1980 an inspection was made of your property at the coneer of <br /> Chrisman Road and Highway 205 Business Loop in Tracy, California. The <br /> inspection was made after a complaint was received about sewage pooling on <br /> the ground on your property. The inspection did reveal the presence of <br /> sewage on the ground on your property. This is a health hazard and is in <br /> violation of San Joaquin County Ordinance #549. <br /> You are hereby directed to repair the sewage disposal system under permit <br /> ar "1 inspection from the San Joaquin Local Health District on or before <br /> April 25, 1980. <br /> Failure to repair the seirage disposal system by April 25, 1980 will result <br /> in immediate criminal prosecution. <br /> Please contact James Smith, P.S. , at 835-6385 weekdays during office hours of <br /> 8:10-9:00 A.M. , if you have any questions regarding this matter and for the <br /> matter of obtaining a permit for this repair. <br /> Jack J.
