PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR <br /> SUBSURFACE EXPLORATION PROGRAM <br /> 102 SOUTH WILSON WAY <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> I. INTRODUCTION <br /> I <br /> This preliminary report contains information regarding a vacant <br /> site located at 102 South Wilson Way in the City of Stockton, <br /> California . This report contains legal description of the <br /> property, locations of nearby structures, locations of on-site <br /> structures , local topography including groundwater depths , <br /> proximity of ' <br /> P y pr`ivate or municipal wells, nearby utility lines and <br /> proposed subsurface exploration program. This preliminary report <br /> is submitted in accordance with the guidelines outlined by the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District titled , " Subsurface <br /> Investigation Format" . <br /> II. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The San Joaquin County Assessors Parcel # 155-020-44 will be <br /> changed to 155-020-44 and a portion of 155-020-53 and 155-020-54 . <br /> Township, range and section are: TIN, R6E, Section 12 . Legal <br /> address of the Iparcel is 102 South Wilson Way, Stockton. The <br /> current property owner and contact person is Mr. Don Roek. A <br /> vicinity map of the site is shown on Plate 1, attached. <br /> The site is relatively flat with asphalt paving. The site is one <br /> i <br /> time occupied by a service station. However, all tanks and <br /> pipelines have been removed from the site on late 1978. Location <br /> of the tank prior to their removal are shown on Plate 2 . <br /> Presently, there are no known septic tanks or water wells at th <br /> site. - <br /> 1 <br />
