Eight Mile Rd., Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the <br /> maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility.lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c) (5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the <br /> 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development <br /> based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County, <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected <br /> in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents <br /> prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Department. A $196.00 plan check fee is required at the time <br /> of submittal. <br /> D. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
