Ellis, StncEctor� <br /> An investigation of the ,property owned by you at1219 East Ellis, Stockton, <br /> California revealed an abandoned pit well behind the garage. This well is <br /> in violation of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862 and must be properly <br /> abandoned.
