Arata <br /> Road, Stockton, CA <br /> The top of the septic tank recently installed at Quality Assured Packers is <br /> approximately six (6) feet below grade. To adequately maintain these tanks <br /> and sewage system, it will require periodic inspection and pumping of <br /> solids. Having risers and manhole access will facilitate and encourage the <br /> pumping of these tanks. <br /> Approved risers with manhole access to all compartments of the tank are required <br /> by this office and recommended by the Manual of Septic Tank Practice, <br /> U. S.
