A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a <br /> Record of Survey is required. (New legal description shall be <br /> submitted to Surveyor 's Office for review. ) <br /> 2 . The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 prior to <br /> recordation of the final map on Parcel 1 . A percolation test <br /> and a sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation <br /> test are required for Environmental Health Division approval . <br /> A permit for the percolation tests from the Environmental <br /> Health Division is required. <br /> The well on Parcel Z must be repaired under permit and <br /> 2 • d <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division as follows : <br /> a. Provide a cement pedistal around casing. <br /> 3• The well on Parcel 3 must be repaired under permit and <br /> inspection by th6—€nvironmental Health Division as follows : <br /> a• Irrigation well- Outlet pipe from this well must be <br /> Plumbed twice its diameter over the top of the standpipe <br /> to eliminate existing cross connection. <br /> 4 • Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on Parcels <br /> 1 and 3 under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division as follows: <br /> 5 • Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcels <br /> 1 and 3 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br />
