SPECIAL PERMIT request to allow construction of monitoring wells <br /> which are located less than the required isolation distances from <br /> potential sources of bacterial and/or chemical contamination as <br /> specified in the Rules and Regulations for San Joaquin <br /> q County <br /> Ordinance #1862. * <br /> REASON FOR RC VEST ! <br /> 1• Se tic Leach Line---less than 50 ft. and/or <br /> Leach Sum /See a e Pit---less than 100 ft. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> a. In order to mitigate the potential source of bacterial <br /> contamination, the septic tank shall be pumped out and the <br /> i <br /> sewage disposal field disconnected from the septic tank <br /> under liquid waste permit and inspection by the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District (SJLHD) - <br /> AND <br /> b. `!.'he septic tank may be used as a liquid waste holding tank, <br /> provided copies of septic tank pumping receipts are sub- <br /> mitted to the SJLHD on a monthly basis . <br /> OR <br /> C.
