March 1, 1979
Mr. Don Pullen :
Allstate Realtors
5637 N. Pershing Ave.
Stockton, CA 95207
RE: FHA LOAN FOR 268 S. ADELBERT, STOCKTON, CA.
At the request of K.J. Poile Company, Inc. , an inspection of
the sewage disposal system was made on February 26, 1979, at
the above referenced address . This inspection revealed that the
sewage disposal system is comprised of a 300-gallon metal tank,
the inlets to which are rusted and its wooden top rotted. On
the south side of the residence, there is what appears to be a
"grease trap" to which the kitchen sink is connected.
In order for this District to complete the FHA "Health Authority
Approval" form with the notation that the sewage disposal system
can be expected to function satisfactorily, it will be necessary
to install a 1,200-gallon septic- tank with required leach line,
and the kitchen sink connected to the septic tank.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, contact Mr.
Robert S. Ruffin, R.S. , telephone 466-6781, ext. 29 .
JACK J. WILLIAMS, M.D.
District Health, Officer
original Signed by
D. S. WECEBIR
Daniel S.
