Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site —The items noted in your inspection were updated in the hazardous materials inventory in CERS and resubmitted 6/27/2018. 3. Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all the required content. —The items noted in your inspection were updated on the site map in CERS and resubmitted 6/27/2018. 4. Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures or a release or threated release —The items noted in your inspection were updated on the emergency response procedures in CERS and resubmitted 6/27/2018. 5. Failed to submit a training program. —The training program has been updated in CERS and resubmitted 6/27/2018. 6. Failed to annual review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate and up to date — CERS has been updated as of 6/27/2018. The January 15' deadline has been noted and will be met in the future. 7.
