Training programs for all employees and annual training, including <br />refresher courses, shall include safety procedures for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous <br />material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. These <br />training programs may take into consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or update the facility's <br />training program, log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br />upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />10 <br />HSC 25508.1(a) -(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br />During the inspection, it was found that a 55 gallon drum of flammable windshield wash, 3 x 275 gallon totes of <br />diesel exhaust fluid, and 220 gallons vs. 100 gallons of motor oil is present and the updated information has not <br />been submitted. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information <br />submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br />- A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br />- Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br />- A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
