Remarks <br />HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. The site <br />maps did not show the hazardous material storage/handling locations and storm/sewer drains. A <br />site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm <br />and sewer drains, access and exit pints, emergency shutoffs , evacuation staging areas, <br />hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br />HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, <br />accurate, and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted <br />in the California Environmental Reporting System annually. The hazardous materials inventory <br />shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning <br />november 1 of the previous year, and submit to the EHD for approval.
