Consequently, it is necessary for you or a representative of your <br /> company/organization to come into the office to receive assistance in completing the <br /> corrections required for the Business Plan to be accepted. <br /> Specifically, a completed facility diagram has not been received, the capacity of the <br /> largest container of oxygen & acetylene has not been identified, the capacity of the <br /> largest container of transmission fluid and antifreeze has been incorrectly identified. <br /> As a courtesy, an appointment to complete the necessary corrections has been <br /> scheduled for March 9, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. Please, call to confirm that you will be able <br /> to attend at the scheduled date and time or if you need to reschedule. If the required <br /> corrections are completed and accepted before that date, it will not be necessary for <br /> you to attend. <br />
