Any material <br /> that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into <br /> the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the <br /> hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The map did not show loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, the diesel generator, emergency <br /> response equipment (spill control equipment), and a legend to identify the symbols and abbreviations used on the <br /> map. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer <br /> drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and <br /> storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list <br /> it on the map and label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures were lacking. Section C, the phone number for the CUPA(EHD) is <br /> 209-468-3420 vs. 209-95306200; Section G, the location of each item checked has not been identified; Section H, <br /> H8, H9, and H10 has not been identified; Section K, the document has not been signed by Joe Perry. A business <br /> plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous <br /> materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> - Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> - Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) annually, by January 15. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of <br /> each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
