A Hazardous Materials Business <br />Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous <br />material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are <br />liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />2 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit a business plan. <br />The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS). As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately <br />log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />3 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />6 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br />The Business Activities and the Business Owner/Operator Identification forms have not been submitted. This <br />information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br />submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />7 HSC 25506(a) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />Reportable amount of waste oil was found on site that has not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the <br />reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and <br />submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Page 2 of 4
