Because the annular space between the well casing <br /> and the wall of the drilled well would not allow for the r<<i ni mum grout <br /> depth of fifty (5) feet your men were instructed not to grout the well. <br /> They were also told to call for another inspection. <br /> On October 23, 1378, you called and informed rte that you went ahead and <br /> grouted the well on your own, after getting the annular space down to <br /> forty eight (48) feet. <br /> This practice is in violation of San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862. You <br /> are advised that to avoid enforcement action Poainst your firgr, in the <br /> future inspectional clearance is required from this District, prior to <br /> grouting any well. <br /> Jack J.
