Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />August 09, 2018 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 2979 AUTO CENTER CIR, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> STOCKTON HYUNDAI <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br />release. <br />The emergency response procedures fields C1, C2, E3, H6, H7 are blank and need to be completed. <br /> A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of <br />hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> - immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br /> - evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br />During the inspection, it was found that Rafeal Cedeno is no longer with the company and the owner operator <br />identification page has not been updated. <br /> Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically updatethe information submitted to the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> - A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> - Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> - A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 9/7/2018. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
