The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the pool chlorinators, battery electrolyte, liquid chlorine, floor stripper, Kay chlorinated cleaner, aerosol liquid deodorant, and aerosol liquid insecticides are not complete/accurate. Liquid chlorine, battery electrolyte, floor stripper, Kay chlorinated cleaner, aerosol liquid deodorant, and aerosol insecticides are listed in pounds vs gallons; the storage pressure for aerosol is above ambient vs. ambient; the storage temperature for the pool chlorinators, aerosol insecticides, and battery electrolyte is ambient; the amount of battery electrolyte is grossly under reported. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. The maps do not show loading areas, recent expansion to the west, and the maps have legibility issues. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation. 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually, by January 15. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This was corrected on site. This is a Class II violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. Facility does not have internal roads and this element was not addressed on the site map. Please address this by either writing "NA" for not applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site. Please correct this by the next submittal.
