The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. <br />Provided CERS submittal assistance at the time of inspection. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all hazardous materials informatio <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
