Stockton Fire Haz Mat team on scene. <br /> ACTIONS TAKEN BV HAZMAT PERSONNEL <br /> No OES response, incident report. <br /> HAZMAT PERSONNEL ON SCENVASSIGNMENT <br /> None <br /> AGENCY NOTIFICAnONSIAEFERRALS <br /> County Fire Dispatch, Stockton Fire Dept, County Env Hlth <br /> CLEAN-UP ACTIONS TAKEN <br /> Contaminated soil was removed and containerized in drums by RAH Environmental. <br /> ILLUSTRATION OF INCIDENT <br /> BRIEF SUMMARY OF INCIDENT <br /> An application nurse tank, known as a"Tagalong",was brought to the facility by a customer for repairs. The tagalong had <br /> approximately 180 gallons of Lorsban solution (1/2 gallon of Lorsban 4E per 100 gallons of water or 2 fbs of Chlorpyrifos per <br /> 100 gallons of water). An employee of Western Farm Service was moving the tagalong with a forklift when the tagalong flipped <br /> over resulting in a release of approximately 80 gallons of Lorsban Solution. The 80 gallons of solution would contain 1.6 <br /> pounds of chlorpyrifos,which exceeds the Federal Reportable Quantity of 1 pound.
