Box 5188
Stockton, CA 95205
Dear Mr. Clements:
SUBJECT: CHEMICAL INVENTORY RESUBMITTAL
1905 N Broadway Ave., Stockton
As I discussed with you on January 16, 1996 I am requesting that you resubmit the Chemical
Inventory for your facility using the 1996 Chemical Inventory forms. As I explained to you, there
have been so many changes and duplications in the Inventory over the past couple of years it has
become difficult to accurately count the materials that are present in regulated quantities.
List all materials that are present at any one time of the reporting year in quantities equal to or
greater than 55 gallons, 500 pounds, and 200 cubic feet for compressed gas. The materials, as
long as they are of the same type, can be combined and listed in the same entry in the Chemical
Inventory. Also, any small quantities of the same type material that reach regulated quantities
when added together, are required to be listed in the Inventory.
This submittal will replace and supersede all other Inventories submitted, including updates.
As agreed, the Chemical Inventory resubmittal is due January 31, 1996
If you require any assistance, I can be reached at (209)468-3969.
Sincerely,
lzlt V.
Robert V.
