The Amhydrous Ammonia was disposed the week prior to the inspection on <br />September 17, 2015. See attached manifest 014895144. This is why the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) indicated there was a cylinder of anhydrous ammonia <br />but you were not able to find it. This has also been change and reflected on CERS. <br />Attached are also the Maps for the School of Pharmacy and Health Science (751 Brookside <br />Road), Physical Plant (1050 Brookside Road), and Main Campus (3601 Pacific Avenue). The maps <br />on CERS will be updated shortly.
