Cherokee Lane, Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> Dear Ms. De La Rosa, <br /> Please accept this response to the inspection you conducted on Oct 06,2015.The inspection report <br /> indicated the store needed a revised chemical inventory due to 1) hazardous waste quantities below the <br /> reporting threshold,and 2)changes in the helium stored. <br /> The updated inventory was submitted in CERS via ID no. 10640089.The hazardous waste pages were <br /> removed and the helium quantity stored in the backroom was updated(see pages which follow).We <br /> have provided the store with a copy of the most current Hazardous Materials Business Plan. <br /> I have also included the completed return to compliance certification.
