A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be <br />established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material <br />when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 <br />pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. Immediately log into <br />the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, <br />and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />8 <br />HSC 25508.1(a) -(e) Failed to submit revisions to HMBP within 30 days of change in business info or inventory. <br />During the inspection, it was found that the glass cleaner was reported as 5 gallon max container size and should be <br />55 gallons, the sealer wax, tar remover, all purpose cleaner, foam brush soap and rain -x can be deleted from the <br />chemical inventory because they are under the reportable quantity and the updated information has not been <br />submitted. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically updatethe information submitted <br />to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br />- A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br />- Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br />- A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />11 <br />HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br />release. <br />The emergency response procedures were not uploaded to CERS website.
