Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall <br />be reported in the facility's business plan. 13- 55 gallon drums of non RCRA hazardous waste liquid are being <br />reported on CERS but there is 47-55 gallon drums of non RCRA hazardous waste liquid on site at time of inspection. <br />The diesel is being reported at 6,100 gallons but there is 6,794 gallon on site at time of inspection. Please update the <br />hazardous materials to its current max daily amount. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the <br />EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br />A site map was not complete. The site map was missing the location of the oxygen, shaving cream, cooling tower <br />chemicals and the 35 drums of gel packs. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, <br />adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, <br />hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. Immediately log into the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 4/9/2017 . The cooling tower chemicals were not labeled at time of inspection. Please <br /> make sure all chemicals are labeled. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
