Chrisman Road, Tracy, California. <br />• The 2004 Certification of Hazardous Materials Management Plan and Chemical Inventory <br />(HMMP/CI) for Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC) —Sharpe Site, Account #3822, <br />700 Roth Road, Lathrop, California. <br />• DDJC herewith request an extension of suspense date from January 15, 2004, to February <br />17, 2004. <br />Due to the following mitigating circumstances DDJC will not be able to certify its HMMP by January 15, <br />2004 <br />• DDJC HMMP/CI Program Manager (Brenda Mahan) had resent surgery thus will not be <br />returning to work until the week of 26`h January assuming predicted recovery. <br />• Our latest version of Environmental Reporting and Logistics System (ERLS) which queries <br />several agency databases to obtain the data required for completion HMMP Chemical Inventory <br />was not available for download until recently.
