I Final Judgment entered in this action,the issuance of any requirement or order that Defendants <br /> 2 shall investigate and/or remediate a release, spill, leak, disposal or discharge, or investigate and/or <br /> 3 remediate a suspected release, spill, leak, disposal or discharge at or from any of the Covered <br /> 4 Facilities or Released Facilities; and the Final Judgment entered in this action shall not constrain <br /> 5 claims, causes of action, enforcement or corrective action orders that have been or may be filed or <br /> 6 issued concerning the investigation and/or remediation of a release, spill, leak, disposal or <br /> 7 discharge or suspected release, spill, leak, disposal or discharge of hazardous waste, hazardous <br /> 8 material, hazardous substance and/or pollutant or designated contaminant at or from any of the <br /> 9 Covered Facilities and the Released Facilities. <br /> 10 INTERPRETATION <br /> 11 22, This Stipulation shall be deemed to have been drafted equally by all Parties hereto. <br /> 12 Accordingly, the Parties hereby agree that any and all rules of construction to the effect that <br /> 13 ambiguity is construed against a drafting Party shall be inapplicable in any dispute concerning the <br /> 14 terms, meaning, or interpretation of this Stipulation. <br /> 15 EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> 16 23.
