The Office of Emergency Services(OES) is the <br /> Administering Agency for San Joaquin County. <br /> Section 25503.6 of the California State Health& Safety Code requires lessees to provide a copy <br /> of their Hazardous Material Management Plan to property owners as follows: <br /> Any business which is required to establish and implement a business plan <br /> pursuant to Section 25503.5 and is located on leased or rented real property <br /> shall notify, in writing, the owner of the property that the business is subject <br /> to Section 25503.5 and has complied with its provisions, and shall provide a <br /> copy of the business plan to the owner or the owner's agent within five <br /> working days after receiving a request for a copy from the owner or the owner's agent. <br /> OES has attempted to collect a Hazardous Material Management Plan and Chemical Inventory <br /> from the business owner(s) of The Graduate Restaurant located at 2207 Country Club Blvd.. <br /> Businesses which do not submit requested information in a timely manner are referred to the <br /> District Attorney's Office. The Graduate Restaurant has not complied with the business plan <br /> requirements. <br /> Should there be a significant hazardous materials incident at this site, liability could be incurred <br /> by the property owner.
