This program is mandated by Chapter 6.95, Division 20, Section 25500 et <br /> seq. of the California Health and Safety Code. This law establishes spill and inventory reporting <br /> requirements as well as a requirement for businesses handling hazardous materials to have an <br /> emergency plan. Compliance with this program also meets the requirements of Title III, Sections <br /> 311 and 312, of the Federal Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act(SARA). <br /> Enclosed are the following documents: <br /> 1. Hazardous Materials Management Plan and Inventory Submission Packet <br /> 2. Hazardous Materials Management Plan and Inventory Instruction Packet <br /> 3. California Accidental Release Prevention Program Registration Form <br /> If any of the above documents is missing,or you are interested in using an electronic version of <br /> the forms, please contact our office at the number provided below. <br /> You are required by law to retain a current and accurate cop,�of your Hazardous Materials <br /> Management Plan at your facility. These documents must be readily available and accessible to <br /> employees. Authorities may request to see your copies during inspections. If you have any <br /> questions concerning these requirements or completion of the required forms,please contact our <br /> office at (209) 468-3969. Your HMMP is due November 5, 1998 .
