Nestle USA Supply Chain <br />Haza Saeed, R.E.H.S. <br />Hazardous Materials Specialist 11 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department <br />1868 East Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br />June 29, 2017 <br />Matthew Chastain <br />Distribution Center <br />Manager <br />Manteca Distribution <br />Center <br />Re: Return to Compliance Certification <br />CA Accidental Release Prevention Program Inspection Report (May 30, 2017) <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report (May 30, 2017) <br />CERS ID: 10185191 <br />Dear Mr. Saeed: <br />We have addressed the Overall Inspection Comments and Return to Compliance Certification <br />(enclosed) as a result of the above inspections on May 30, 2017. <br />CA Accidental Release Prevention Program Inspection Report <br />.August 2015 Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) recommendations: The remaining three <br />(3) of thirteen (13) total recommendations are scheduled for resolution before <br />February 3, 2018, the 2-1/2 year anniversary date (CalARP Section 2760.2 (e)). <br />Please extend the close-out date for all recommendations to the 2-1/2 year anniversary <br />date. <br />Seismic Assessment: The four (4) recommendations listed in the report `Seismic <br />Revalidation of Existing Ammonia Refrigeration System" (dated January 2016) are <br />planned for correction, followed by a walk down, before the end of 2017. Please <br />extend the close-out date for all recommendations to the 2-1/2 year anniversary date, <br />which is July 29, 2018, to ensure all issues are fully resolved. <br />Emergency Action Plan and Emergency Response Coordination: Response actions <br />have been coordinated with the City of Manteca Fire Department (see email <br />enclosed). The San Joaquin County notification in the Emergency Action Plan has <br />been corrected to read "San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department at <br />209468-3420".
