Elm Street, Lodi, California
Comments: Attached please find the revised Facility Map for 210 W. Elm Street
Both the 12,000-gallon underground unleaded tank and the 2,000-gallon
underground diesel tank were removed a few months ago. The updated facility
map reflects this. Only the 75-gallon "day"tank remains on site.
Although the certification was updated and filed today, is there a need to file a
HMMP for only the 75-gallon quantity of diesel that remains on site? We do
plan on considering the addition of a small aboveground diesel tank in the
upcoming months; does the quantity of fuel we store influence the HMMP
requirement(s)?
I would appreciate your opinion on these questions. Of course, if you need
anything else please let me know, or call me if you prefer to discuss it. Thanks!
Fax HMMP Cert OES 013106.doe
