Tesoro <br /> Refining and Marketing Company will operate the locations in California and <br /> Washington under their wholly owned subsidiary, Tesoro West Coast Company, LLC <br /> ("resoro"). As part of this change of ownership, USAP desires to transfer all licenses <br /> and permits to the locations listed on the attached Exhibit A to Tesoro.
