The HMMP packets were mailed to businesses via certified mail and a signed <br /> receipt from your business is on file at OES indicating your company's receipt of this package. <br /> Chapter 6.95, Sections 25503.5 to 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code requires <br /> businesses which handle hazardous materials in quantities equal to or greater than 55 gallons, <br /> 500 pounds,or 200 cubic feet of a hazardous material to submit a Hazardous Material Management <br /> Plan (HMMP)/Chemical Inventory to a local Administering Agency. The County Office of <br /> Emergency Services is the Administering Agency for San Joaquin County. <br /> Please submit your 1997 Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP)/Chemical Inventory <br /> forms to OES by March 10, 1997.
