The Dealer(not Shell, not Equilon) must upgrade the underground storage tanks (UST) prior to re- <br /> opening business. All correspondence for 420 W Kettleman should be mailed to the new owner/operator of <br /> the facility. <br /> Please remove the CLOSED facilities from your list of operating facilities.
