The business plan was last submitted on 5/18/2017. Please make a submittal for 2018. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br /> Employee training records were not available for review at time of inspection. The business plan shall include <br /> provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be <br /> documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. Immediately <br /> provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c)Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br /> response plans and procedures,the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br /> this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br /> for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br /> plan readily available for review. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 10/26/2018. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
