Each employee must be drilled in <br /> all emergency response procedures contained herein. -a <br /> UTILITY SHUT-OFFS <br /> * PUMP SHUT-OFF: This turns off the turbine pumps that provide flow to the dispensers from the <br /> undergroundstorage tanks. Shut-off pumps in case of a leak to help prevent spills. <br /> Location: 1-IN CASHLR AREA I-UTILITY ROOM <br /> * TANK MOMTORING ALARM• This is used to monitor the Underground Storage Tanks. This panel may <br /> indicate when a potential leak is detected by a visual and audible alarm. <br /> Location: UTILITY ROOM <br /> * ELECTRICAL PANEL: The panel allows you to selectively cut power to lights, signs, and pumps. <br /> The main switch allows you to cut-off all power at the site. <br /> Location: UTILITY ROOM <br /> * WATER SHUT-OFF: The water shut-off may be necessary in some cases. <br /> Location: IN SIDEWALK ALONG HAMMER LANE <br /> * NATURAL GAS SHUT-OFF! If your facility has natural gas, it may be necessary to shut-off the flow <br /> in case of an emergency. <br /> Location: NONE <br /> * PROPANE/LPG SHUT-OFF: <br /> If your facility has propane or liquefied petroleum gas, be sure to tum off the manual valves and shut off the <br /> power to the dispensing pumps in case of a release or fire. Call your supplier or dial 9-1-1 as necessary. <br /> EMERGENCY EOUIPMENT <br /> • FIRE EXTINGUISH 'R• Use only on small tires that you can contain. Do not attempt to extinguish large <br /> fires on your own; call 9-1-1 for help. <br /> Location: l•CASHIER AREA 2-STORE ROOM <br /> * SPILL/CLEAN UP KIT: <br /> This can soak up small spills of gasoline, diesel fuel, or other petroleum products. Absorbent should be <br /> used rather than washing spills down a drain.
