Wal-Mart shall provide <br />Five Hundred Thowand Dollars ($500,000.00) to be used by the Craig Thompson Environmental <br />Protection Prosecution Fund CEPPF Fund") for purposes consistent With the Trust's missi.w. <br />2, California CUPA Forum Board. Aral -Mart shall provide the amount of One Million. <br />Dollars (S 1,000,000.00) to the Environmental Protection Prosecution Trust Fun. d, which is <br />administered by the California Certified U n i tied Program Agency (CUPA) Forum Board, to be used <br />by thatRoard for purposes consistent with the Trust's mission. A portion of these funds would be <br />used to educate both the regulatory inspector community and the regulated community as to <br />Common iSSLIOS When inspecting large retail facilities for hazardous wasto and hazardous material <br />compliance. <br />3 California Hazardous Materials Investigators Association (CHMA). I <br />provid'oTwo, Hundred Twenty -Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) to be used by the CHMIA <br />Board to ftind partial scholarships to their annual trairiiftg< <br />41. California Hazardous Material Investigators Association (CHMIA) for California <br />Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program (Cal-AECTP). Wal-Mart shall provide <br />Four Hundred and Five Thousand Dollars {$405,000.00) to be used to help fully fund Twenty four <br />(24) scholarships each year lor the next four (4) years for this training. Each.ofthese scholarships <br />shall cover conference registration, travel, food, lodging and incidentals. <br />5- California Hazardous Material Investigators Association (CHMIA) for California <br />Specialized Training ,Institute— Environmental Crimes Course.
