We are required to train them on safety <br /> etc. We have CBT(Computer based training that reviews all the safety guidelines and <br /> chemical safety). <br /> We also complete CBT training for every station as well as station audit checks which <br /> include MSDS review and safety review as needed for each station. <br /> Every mgmt person in the restaurant has also gone through a Food Safety course and <br /> Safety and Security training. <br /> I do review safety procedures at quarterly meetings at the restaurant. <br /> If you need any further information,please contact me. <br /> Teresa Hale <br /> 209-640-1298 <br />
