Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8003.1.3.1, failure to <br /> 2 provide rooms, buildings or areas used for the storage of liquid or solid hazardous material with spill <br /> 3 control and secondary containment; <br /> 4 ee. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8003.1.3.2, failure to <br /> 5 provide rooms,buildings or areas used for the storage of hazardous materials liquids in individual <br /> 6 vessels having a capacity of more than 55 gallons or when the aggregate capacity of multiple vessels <br /> 7 exceeds 1,000 gallons with spill control to prevent the flow of liquids to adjoining areas; <br /> 8 ff. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8001.4.3.2, failure to <br /> 9 identify piping and tubing in accordance with nationally recognized standards to indicate the <br /> 10 material conveyed; failure to identify emergency shutoff valves and their location; <br /> 11 gg. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8001.11.8, failure to <br /> 12 separate incompatible material in storage and storage of materials incompatible with materials in use <br /> 13 when the stored materials are in containers having a capacity of more than 5 pounds or %2 gallon; <br /> 14 hh. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8003.15.2.2, failure to <br /> 15 store when kept outdoors, irritants, sensitizers or other health hazard solids, liquids and gases no <br /> 16 closer than 20 feet from buildings,property lines, streets, alleys, public ways or exits to a public <br /> 17 way,however an unpierced two-hour fire-resistive wall extending not less than 30 inches above and <br /> 18 to the sides of the storage area is allowed in lieu of such distance; <br /> 19 ii. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 11, section 1103.2.4, failure to <br /> 20 remove cut or uncut weeds, grass, vines and other vegetation when determined to be a fire hazard; <br /> 21 J. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8003.3.1.3.4, failure to <br /> 22 provide a gas room designed to operate at a negative pressure in relations to the surrounding area <br /> 23 and direct the exhaust ventilation to an exhaust system; <br /> 24 kk.
