If Business is a Hazardous Waste Generator, is Hazardous Waste Manifests <br />On Site? <br />Sierra Chemical does generate hazardous waste and there was hazardous waste on <br />site, however, there were not waste manifests. <br />5. Current Training Records on Hand <br />In Sierra Chemicals Executive Summary, located in your Risk Management Plan, <br />"Applicable plant personnel receive annual training including drills". <br />Provide the most current training record for individuals assigned to Sierra <br />Chemicals emergency response team. Provide proof of training of your <br />emergency responders found in 29 CFR 1910.120 (q) <br />Provide the last drill that your emergency responders conducted. <br />Provide emergency response course outline. <br />Provide the most current fit test for responders. <br />Provide written respiratory program. <br />Manager/supervisors should be trained on all safety equipment (chlorine kits) <br />6. Facility Map Complete and Accurate <br />Additional chemicals were identified during the inspection. An updated facility <br />site map is required. <br />
