Foley <br />Title: Lead Senior REHS <br />CLASS I VIOLATIONS: <br />#4) Disposed or caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point or stored HW at an <br />unpermitted facility. <br />-In the acid packaging area, acid (with a pH of 0-1) was found on the ground in many areas. <br />This is a violation of California Health and Safety Code Section 25189.5. All hazardous waste <br />shall be disposed of at an authorized facility. <br />This same acid was being stored in a sump in the ground. This is a violation of California Health <br />and Safety Code Section 25189.5(d).
