We have conducted several training classes since the inspection and we <br />are in the process of finalizing a training schedule (refresher classes) on all topics as <br />they relate to regulatory compliance with a targeted completion date of October 18. <br />Item #7: Have supplied facility with completed "California Hazardous Materials <br />Inventory Form" on three added chemicals (Copies attached for your files). These will <br />be placed in their HMMP binder. <br />Item #8: See Item #7 <br />Item #9: We conducted several classes with the entire production crew on MSDS's, <br />where their located, and the type of information contained in an MSDS (Copy of <br />Tailgate Meeting attached).
