SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY - OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES <br />` HAZARDOUS MATERIALS DIVISION <br />222 East Weber Avenue, Room 610A, Stockton, CA 95202 <br />Telephone (209) 468-3969 <br />CALIFORNIA HAZARDOUS MATERIALS REPORT ADDENDUM <br />Incident Description/Comments <br />IR # XSJ-00974 <br />On November 29, 1999 at 1631 OES received a call from Jeffrey Kinder of Sierra Chemical for <br />notification of a chlorine release that occurred at their Stockton Facility on November 26, 1999 at <br />approximately 0730. Mr. Kinder was calling from Sierra Chemical's headquarters in Sparks, <br />Nevada and said that he would be coming to the Stockton facility in the next day or so to go over the <br />incident with plant personnel. OES Hazmat Division sent an inspector, Robert Lopez, to follow-up <br />for a release inspection. No other information was given to OES by a Fire Department or regulatory <br />agency. <br />Page 3 <br />
