Mr. Kinder was calling from Sierra Chemical's headquarters in Sparks, <br />Nevada and said that he would be coming to the Stockton facility in the next day or so to go over the <br />incident with plant personnel. OES Hazmat Division sent an inspector, Robert Lopez, to follow-up <br />for a release inspection. No other information was given to OES by a Fire Department or regulatory <br />agency. <br />Page 3 <br />
