Utilizing <br />RMP*Comp Version 1.06, provided by the Environmental Protection Agency, the <br />release was modeled to reach a toxic endpoint of 0.0087 mg/L at a distance of <0.1 <br />miles (528 feet). <br />NOTIFICATIONS <br />On Monday, November 30, 1999, at 4:25 pm, Mr. Art Bentley, San Joaquin County, <br />Office of Emergency Services, was notified (1-209-468-3969). <br />Additionally, on Monday, November 30, 1999, at 4:43 pm, the Governor's Office of <br />Emergency Services (OES) Warning Center was notified (1-800-852-7550). A control <br />number of 99-5058 was issued. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />The proposed corrective actions for this incident are as follows: <br />1. Purchase and installation of Powell Batch Controller for Bi -Gas Tank #9. <br />2. Installation of reservoir tank on chlorine scrubber. <br />
