As we discussed, lime is exempt from the <br />Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) if the quantity is below 10,000 pounds <br />(Article 5.3). <br />Art Bentley and I discussed the diatomaceous earth, and we agree that it is exempt as an irritant <br />(Article 5.1).
