HazMat Containers <br />- Container size or capacity will not be used to <br />determine amount used by business. <br />Heavy metals <br />- Raw materials being used in a process are <br />regulated. Finished products are exempt. <br />Iron Oxide pigment <br />- Measured in pounds. <br />Liquor <br />- Regulated per DOT quidelines. <br />Lubricating Oils <br />- Any oil intended for use in an internal <br />combustion crankcase, transmission, gearbox, <br />differential, hydraulic system of an <br />automobile, bus, truck, vessel, plane, heavy <br />equipment, or other machinery powered by an <br />internal combustion or electric powered engine. <br />Includes crankcase oils, transmission fluids, <br />hydraulic fluids, and grease. <br />Machinery <br />- Hazardous materials in fixed machinery are not <br />exempt. <br />Magnesium <br />- Raw product is regulated above 500 pounds at any one <br />time.
