Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, section 66265.31; <br />4. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, section 66265.33; <br />5. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25201(a); <br />6. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, section 66262.34; <br />7. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, section 66265.173(a); <br />8. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, section 66262.40(a); <br />9. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25160.2; <br />10. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, section <br />66266.8 1 (a)(4)(B); <br />11. Violation of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, section 66265.16. <br />b. Engaging in any acts in violation of Health and Safety Code section 25500 et seq., <br />including but not limited to: <br />1. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25503.5(a); <br />2. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25504(b); <br />3. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25504(c); <br />4. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25505; <br />5. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25505(e)(2). <br />C.
