The area is currently flooded with water due to the recent rains. Following the
area drying to the point it can be sampled we will contact you to check on your
availability to be present during the sampling. Sampling will not take place
without your presence.
2. A grid will be established and distinct samples will be collected and split.
3. One split will be provided to you. Sierra Chemical will provide the other split
under proper chain of custody documentation to a California Certified lab for
CAM 17 metals analysis.
4. If any of the samples test above the permissible limits for any metal a STLC
analysis will be obtained for that metal.
5. If any areas are above California allowable limits a remediation plan will be
developed and agreed upon prior to any removal.
We will keep you informed on the moisture conditions of the site so this work can take
place as soon as possible.
If you have any questions or a different understanding of our conversation, please
contact me. I can be reached at (775) 358-0888. Thank you for your help in this matter.
9 0&— SPARES O BATTLEMOUNTAIN ®STOCETON
