This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not completed as part of the business plan with all the required elements.The site map did not include the locations of all the chemicals stored onsite.The site map did not contain the locations of the storm/sewer/yard drains.
