The requested documentation outlining the corrective actions <br />completed is as follows: <br />Item 514 CaIARP; <br />Ingredion contracted for a new CalARP seismic assessment; this was completed by Kevin <br />Bennett from Justin W Capp Engineering and Design on October 31, 2017. The original <br />Aqueous Ammonia project report that initiated the SJC EHD RMP did not include the smaller, <br />existing; OES approved system, this was included in the new assessment. There are no <br />recommendations for the I OK ammonia tank project and one recommendation to add additional <br />support on one section of/;' supply line on the 2K ammonia system. This will be completed <br />within six months with follow up inspected by Capp Engineering. The complete report including <br />both systems is attached. <br />Ingredion will complete the required three year compliance audit prior to the due date of April 25, <br />2019. At the direction of the Stockton Fire Department the Ingredion Stockton Plant Emergency <br />Action Plan has been submitted to Roy Williams, City Fire Department Inspector for review. The <br />reference in the plan to OES for chemical spill notification has been change to San Joaquin <br />County EHD. <br />Item 5 HMBP; <br />Ingredion has updated the chemical inventory and submitted the requested information in the <br />CERS HMBP. The following materials from the inspection list were modified or not added with <br />explanation provided below. <br />• 3,000 gallons propane, we have 320 gal LPG, this is included in the CERS inventory <br />• 13,000 pounds DOWEX 86 Cation Resin, we have DOWEX 88 & 66, these were added <br />to the CERS inventory <br />• 110 gallons Zep Solution, the drum observed is empty, no longer used on-site <br />• 5,000 lbs Penbind in super sacs is non -hazardous food grade corn starch, SDS attached, <br />not included in CERS HMBP inventory <br />• NexGuard 22310 is non -hazardous water treatment chemical, SDS attached, not included <br />in CERS HMBP inventory <br />• 400 gals Tri -Act 1820 was in the CERS inventory by chemical name as cyclohexylamine. <br />
